Pre-feasibility hydrology for a high-altitude lithium brine operation, where the water balance and downstream flood behaviour were central to the project's approvals case.

At pre-feasibility stage, the water balance for a brine operation carries as much weight as the geology does — get it wrong and the project's viability case doesn't survive a bank's or partner's due diligence.

Modelling covered both the ordinary operating condition and the low-probability failure scenario regulators wanted answered before the project could progress to feasibility.
