Stormwater and drainage strategy for an active rail yard in cyclone-prone country — designed to keep the corridor operating through the wet season, not just survive it.

The brief covered two problems at once: getting water off the rail formation fast enough to keep trains running, and sizing the culverts and drainage around the yard so the fix upstream didn't just push the problem downstream.
