Engineering oversight of flood modelling feasibility work, including managing junior engineering input on larger studies

The sites where surface water management actually gets tested are the ones with real climatic extremes — cyclones, monsoons, flash arid-zone storms. Designing to the average rainfall year on one of these sites isn’t a simplification, it’s a different, wrong answer.
